Return

We accept returns for new and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment after the items have been inspected, and please allow 3-5 business days for processing after the items have been delivered back to us.

Please email us at  kingsmokeinc@gmail.com or through our Contact Form explaining the reason for the return.

We will provide you with a return shipping label. Return shipping fees are at our discretion and are on a case by case scenario. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

We do not process exchanges, and you will need to place a new order for the items you’d like.

Refunds are issued for the original purchase price.

Gifts:

Gift Cards cannot be returned.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit towards the account after the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift and shipped to you, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Warranty

Pod Systems & Mods:

Our policy includes a 30-Day warranty from the date of delivery. You will need to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer if more than 30 days have passed.

We only warranty internal component defects and do not include wear and tear, misuse, accidental damages, leaking, or any other external components.

You have the option of a replacement or a refund back to the original form of payment. We are only able to provide a one time warranty on the item.

Disposable Vapes:

Warranties on disposable vapes are at the discretion of Huff and Puffers and are on a case basis. 

Please send an email to kingsmokeinc@gmail.com or use our Contact Form explaining the issue as soon as possible. We will take into consideration when the vape was purchased, quantity, and your explanation prior to determining if the device is defective.

If it is determined that the device is defective, we will issue a refund back to the original form of payment.

No exchanges or replacements for disposable vapes.

What is covered:

  • Dead on arrival
  • Auto-firing
  • Leaking on arrival

What is not covered:

  • Flavor
  • Longevity / puff count
  • Misuse

Items not covered under warranty:

  • Replacement Coils
  • Replacement Pods
  • Replacement Glass
  • Tanks, pod tanks, and atomizers
  • Drip Tips
  • E-Juices

Please keep all defective devices until after contacting us.
We may request for video, photos, or for the items to be sent back for inspection prior to approving the warranty.

Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to make changes to your order, please call or fill out our contact form as soon as possible. We will gladly make any changes but is not guaranteed. Once your order has been processed or if 1 hour has passed since the purchase, we are no longer able to make any changes.

Please Note: Our support team is available 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST everyday and phone support is not available Sundays. Orders are still processed at night in an effort to have them shipped out as soon as possible. If you've reached out to us after these hours, we may not get to your email until the following day, and the order may have already been processed.

What's the status of my order?

After your order is placed, we will provide a tracking number for you to view the current status of arrival. Please note that tracking reflects an estimated time of delivery. Delays beyond our control, such as weather, carrier logistics, or holidays can result in missed delivery dates.

You can also view the tracking for an order by logging into your account on our website and navigating to your account page.

What if I don't receive my package?

If a tracking number shows that the order has been delivered and you have yet to receive your order, please contact us. We'll be more than happy to help resolve the issue.

What if I received damaged or incorrect items?

If we make a mistake on your order, please contact us and we will definitely amend the situation. The correct order will be shipped out, no cost to the buyer, along with a return label for the incorrect order. The same procedure will be implemented for damaged items, and we may ask for photos.

Please Note: While we make every effort to ensure that the product photos, specifications, or ingredients are up to date, manufacturers occasionally make changes without notice. The products you receive may be slightly different from the depicted photos or specifications.

Shipping

Which shipping carrier do you use?

All of our packages are shipped through regional carriers, as it's now illegal to ship vapes through USPS.

How soon will my order ship?

Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST Friday are shipped Monday. Orders may be delayed during holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-7 business days. If you live in Pennsylvania, orders usually take 1-3 business days depending on where you live.

Please keep in mind weekends and major holidays are not considered business days.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

All of our products have a 30 day return/exchange/refund period for unopened and sealed items. The buyer is usually responsible for the cost of the return label. However, should you receive a defective or damaged item (not including disposable vapes), a shipping label will be provided for the return and the replacement item. We don't offer replacements for defective disposable vapes but do offer a refund or store credit.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s) and take 3-5 business days to post back to your account. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment, or we can issue you store credit as an alternative.
